By accessing or using the WallD App, Website, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you (a) meet the minimum age requirement, and (b) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

3. Subscription and Payment

Certain features or content may be available through a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes; fees are non-refundable except as provided by law or our stated policy.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Free tier users are subject to weekly download limits. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited downloads and additional features.

4. User-Generated Content

You may upload wallpapers and related content ("User Content"). You affirm you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy.
By uploading, you grant WallD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, modify, and promote your content on the platform and for promotional purposes.
User Content may be visible to other users; you are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your uploads.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Upload content that is unlawful, obscene, abusive, or infringes on copyright or other rights.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with our download limits or security features.
Use the Services to distribute spam or any form of unauthorized advertising.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Services.
Act in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our Services.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent download limits or other restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by WallD, including wallpapers (excluding User Content), text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of WallD or its licensors. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the Services without explicit permission is prohibited.

7. Download Restrictions

Free users may be subject to a weekly quota of downloads. Download limits reset at specified intervals and are enforced to prevent abuse.
Attempting to bypass these download limits (e.g., by creating multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallD and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WallD, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
